Lee A. Steve E. Jarmon:  A passion for law and justice began early for Steve.  Raised in his home state of Delaware by his grandparents, he learned the value of hard work, determination, and education.  After graduating from Law School he joined the Chester County District Attorneys’ office where he successful prosecuting DUI, Drunk Driving and Alcohol Crimes cases. 

But Steve Jarmon’s reign as a DUI prosecutor was marked by his compassion, his commitment to justice and his determination to obtain a fair result for both the victim and the defendant. 

Since leaving the District Attorney's office, Steve focuses on DUI Defense.  Steve feels very strongly that everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and he strives to be a zealous advocate for each and every client to make sure the criminal justice system is fair and just.  As a prominent African American lawyer who is based in Chester County and West Chester, Pennsylvania, he is sensitive to the need to protect your civil rights. 

Joshua A. Janis:  A fighter who won’t be knocked down; Joshua Janis has fought his way to the top with determination, persistence and grit.  Joshua is the oldest of four children and the son of educators who motivated him to achieve from the earliest of days.  

Josh earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener Law School. Immediately following his graduation, he passed the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar exams and was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts.  He has been an important part of the Ciccarelli Defense team for years and is well regarded by his peers and colleagues.
